How to Withdraw Memo Tokens

Some blockchains (like XRP, EOS, XLM, or TON) use a single address for all users and rely on a Memo/Tag to route funds to the correct individual. This means that when depositing memo/tag tokens, you must use the memo/tag.

  • To a Centralized Exchange/Wallet: You almost always need to enter a Memo/Tag provided by the receiving exchange. Without it, they cannot credit your account.

  • To a Decentralized Wallet (Non-Custodial): Usually, a Memo is not required. You can leave it blank.

Here is a guide on withdrawing memo tokens:

Navigate to 'Send' and select crypto and network.

Enter the amount, recipient's address, and recipient's memo/tag (if you send it to a Centralized Exchange/Wallet).

⚠️ NOTE: Entering a wrong address or memo/tag will result in permanent loss of funds.

You can also check all the information here to ensure you have put the correct address, amount, and memo/tag. After checking, click the 'send' button and confirm it.

The last step, 60-Second Safety Net. You have 60s to check all the information. If all information is correct, click the 'Send'button.

⚠️ Important Note: The 60-Second Safety Net. We offer a 60-second grace period on all withdrawals/transfers to check if you entered the wrong address or amount, engineered to prevent costly mistakes. To give you a final chance to review and cancel the transaction before the funds are permanently transferred.
