Anti-Robot Strategies
Ensuring Fairness and Integrity on the Cwallet Platform
Since our inception, we have encountered incidents of users exploiting Cwallet's tipping feature, resulting in numerous complaints and feedback from our user community.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Cwallet enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal activities, including but not limited to the following actions that undermine the interests of legitimate users:
Automated Script Usage: Employing scripts to automatically or regularly acquire free tokens.
Spam and Scam Airdrops: Utilizing scripts to distribute airdrops containing spam or fraudulent content.
Creation of Zombie Accounts: Establishing multiple accounts for the sole purpose of collecting free tokens.
Proxy Bypasses: Using proxies to circumvent anti-bot measures, including routing network traffic through proxy servers.
Headless Browsers: Utilizing headless or controllable web browsers without a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to mimic human behavior, such as scrolling and taking screenshots.
The Cwallet team takes these matters seriously and has implemented measures to restrict or permanently ban accounts engaged in such activities.
Identification of Illegal Use versus Legitimate Use
We employ various methods to differentiate between malicious scripts and legitimate usage:
Authenticity Detection of Social Accounts Diverse detection methods are utilized for various social platforms. For instance, on Twitter, we assess parameters such as follower count, account age, and tweet volume. These measures increase the threshold for script-based access, effectively reducing the number of malicious users.
IP and Request Frequency Analysis Our IP analysis monitors traffic patterns to identify potential bot activity, scrutinizing the origin, frequency, and volume of requests. This method can detect traffic from known data centers or IP ranges associated with bots. Abnormal traffic spikes or repetitive access attempts from specific IPs also help in identifying and mitigating DDoS attacks. Furthermore, geolocation-based strategies enable us to restrict access from regions frequently linked to malicious activities.
Behavioral Analysis We analyze user interactions across web and app activities, examining each click, scroll, and keystroke for indicators of bot activity. By studying user engagement patterns, we can distinguish between human behavior and the predictable actions of automated processes.
JavaScript Tagging We implement a code snippet on our web pages to track user activities in real-time. This method captures behaviors such as mouse movements and keystrokes, allowing us to differentiate genuine engagement from automated patterns. Deviations from typical human interactions, such as unusually rapid keystrokes or repetitive mouse movements, are flagged as potential bot activity.
CAPTCHA and reCAPTCHA Challenges We employ CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) challenges to differentiate between human users and bots. These challenges require users to complete tasks, such as typing distorted characters or confirming their non-robot status.
Consequences of Illegal Use
Should your account be identified as engaging in illegal activities or utilizing automated scripts, Cwallet will impose restrictions on your account's transfer, withdrawal, and other functionalities. You will be unable to participate in airdrops, tip other users, or withdraw funds via Cwallet.
To protect the interests of legitimate users, we remain steadfast in our commitment to rigorously enforce these anti-bot measures against script users, bot users, and any behavior that disrupts the integrity of our platform.
Appeal for Restricted Accounts
We encourage all users to engage with the platform responsibly to maintain order. If you believe your account has been unjustly restricted, please report the violation to us through our official support channel: [https://cwallet.com/help/s].
Thank you for your understanding and support!
