# How to Create a Cozy Card?

Cozy Card lets you spend your crypto online and in stores around the world. Choose from virtual cards or a physical card, depending on how you want to pay.

### **Step 1: Access the Cozy Card Service**

Log in to your Cwallet account and click **Payment Card** in the main menu. You will see all available cards under **Cozy Cards**.

**Which card should I choose?**

* **USD Premium**: a physical card for in-store payments and **ATM withdrawals**, with no foreign transaction fee and no initial top-up.
* **USD Master**: a virtual card that works with **ChatGPT and other major subscription services**, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
* **HKD Pro**: a virtual card with the **lowest activation fee**, supporting Apple Pay and Google Pay.

### Step 3: Pay the Activation Fee and Initial Top-up

Click **Apply** on the card you want. Then pay from your Cwallet USDT balance:

The activation fee is **non-refundable**. The initial top-up goes to your card balance and can be used for spending.

### Step 4: Complete Your Application

**Use your own real information.** Your name and date of birth must match your identity document.

The examples below (a UK user) only show the correct format. **Do not copy them.**

#### Personal information

**⚠️ Name rules:** English letters only (A–Z, a–z), no special characters. First name + one space + last name must be **23 characters or fewer** in total.

For example, if your UK number is **+44 7700900123**, enter **44** as the country calling code and **7700900123** as the phone number.

#### SSN (US residents only)

If your country is the **United States**, enter your **9-digit Social Security Number** without spaces or hyphens, e.g. **123456789**.

#### Residential address

Your **country of residence** can be different from your **nationality**. Fill in each one based on your actual situation.

**Applying for USD Premium (physical card)?**

Your card will be mailed to **a separate shipping address**. Make sure the address is complete and correct.

#### Identity verification (if requested)

Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a supported ID document, enter its details, and upload photos or complete a selfie check.

#### Before you submit

Check that the following are all correct:

* Name matches your ID, and is 23 characters or fewer in total
* Date of birth is in YYYY-MM-DD format
* Country calling code has no "+", and the phone number does not repeat the country code
* Country is a two-letter code (e.g. **GB**)

Then click **Submit Application**.

### Step 5: Enjoy Your Cozy Card

Once activated, your Cozy Card is ready for secure online and in-store purchases.

#### Virtual cards (HKD Pro, USD Master)

Once activated, you can use your card right away for online payments, or add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

#### Physical card (USD Premium)

When you receive your card, activate it before use:

1. Find the **QR code** on the card packaging.
2. **Scan the QR code** and follow the instructions to **set your card PIN**.
3. Once your PIN is set, your card is activated.

You can then use your card for in-store payments and **ATM withdrawals**.

Keep your PIN private. Never share it with anyone, including people who claim to be from Cwallet Support.

The final status of a payment depends on the third-party platform.

**Before you start using your card**

Spending at prohibited merchants, failed payments due to insufficient balance, or recurring charges on a low balance may cause your card to be **frozen or permanently deleted**.
