How to Deposit Memo/Tag Token

Some blockchains (like XRP, EOS, XLM, or TON) use a single address for all users and rely on a Memo/Tag to route funds to the correct individual. This means that when depositing memo/tag tokens, you must use the memo/tag.

Here is a guide on depositing memo/tag token:

Navigate to 'Receive' and select crypto and network

The system will inform you about the memo/tag requirement.

Copy the 'Receive Address' to your external platform, and also copy the 'Memo/Tag'.
