Cwallet is a versatile platform that allows you to securely hold, send, receive, exchange, tip, and earn with over 60 blockchains and 1000 cryptocurrencies. This guide will help you understand the key features of your Cwallet account, including how to manage your account ID, balance, verification, and social platform associations.
Viewing Your Account ID
Your Cwallet Account ID is essential for identifying your account and facilitating transactions.
You can view your Account ID as follows:
On the App:
Open the Cwallet app and navigate to your profile page. Your Account ID will be prominently displayed there.
On the Website:
Visit the official Cwallet website. Your Account ID can be found in the upper right corner of the homepage.
Your Cwallet account balance is where all your earnings from linked platforms are accumulated.
Here’s how it works:
Linking Platforms:
When you link external platforms (such as Telegram Bot or other services) to your Cwallet account, all revenue generated from those platforms will automatically flow into your account balance.
Stability of Balance:
Your account balance is independent of any changes you make to your linked platforms. This means that unlinking or relinking a platform will not affect the funds already in your account.
To enhance the security of your Cwallet account, you must verify either an email address or a mobile number. Here are the details:
Verification Limit:
Each Cwallet account can only have one verified email address or mobile number.
Changing Verification:
Once you verify your email or mobile number, this cannot be canceled. However, you can change it if needed by following the verification process again.
Cwallet supports the linking of accounts to multiple third-party platforms, which enhances your experience and allows for seamless transactions. Here’s how this works:
Supported Platforms:
You can link your Cwallet account with platforms like Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and Reddit.
Single Association:
Each third-party account can only be linked to one Cwallet account at a time. This ensures that all transactions from that platform are linked to a single account.
Revenue Collection:
After linking your account to a platform, all revenue generated from Cwallet on that platform (such as tips or earnings) will be credited to your current Cwallet account.
Impact of Unlinking:
If you decide to unlink a platform, your assets will remain in your Cwallet account. Unlinking does not affect your existing balance.
Creating New Accounts:
If you log in to Cwallet using a previously unlinked platform and receive an airdrop or tip, a new account will be created associated with that platform. You may receive a notification indicating that the platform is already linked to another Cwallet account.
If you choose to unlink a social platform from your Cwallet account, here’s what you can expect:
Group Settings Invalidated:
Unlinking will invalidate all group settings for Cwallet-bot-enabled groups on that platform. This means any special features or functionalities tied to those groups will no longer work.
Removal of Group List:
The group list associated with your Cwallet account on that platform will be removed.
Asset Protection:
Your existing assets and current balance will remain unaffected by the disassociation. All funds will stay intact in your Cwallet account.
