How to Enable Anti-Phishing Code

Activate this security feature to protect your account from phishing attacks.

For your account security, once you activate the anti-phishing code, you can only change it, not disable it.

Here is a guide on enabling your Anti-Phishing Code:

Security page link: https://my.cwallet.com/settings/security

Navigate to the avatar photo in the upper right corner and click the 'Settings' option.

On the profile page, click the 'Security' option and select 'Anti-Phishing Code'.

For your protection, our system requires email verification before allowing you to activate the anti-phishing code.

After verification, you can set up your unique anti-phishing code.

All legitimate administrative or security alert emails from Cwallet will include your unique code at the top of the email.

⚠️ NOTE: For your account security, please do not disclose your anti-phishing code to anyone, including anyone claiming to be customer service. Cwallet officials will never ask users for any security-related settings, such as passwords, 2FA, anti-phishing codes, etc. If it is disclosed, we recommend that you change your anti-phishing code immediately.
