# Understanding Your Wallet: Custodial vs. Non-Custodial

The primary difference between cryptocurrency wallets lies in who controls the Private Keys.\
Understanding this distinction is vital to managing your security and asset control.

* **Custodial Wallet:** We handle the security for you. This is like a bank for your crypto. A third party, like a crypto exchange, holds and manages your private keys for you. This is convenient, as you don’t have to worry about managing complex security.
* **Non-Custodial Wallet:** You hold the private keys. This is how you take full control. You are the only person who holds and controls your private key. You have complete control and responsibility for your assets.

**Where does Cwallet stand?**

Cwallet operates as a custodial wallet. Our team is utilizing advanced technology and institutional-grade security protocols to protect your account and assets safely.

This model allows us to seamlessly provide advanced financial services, such as Simple Earn, Cozy Card, and crypto Buy & Sell. Furthermore, we ensure your peace of mind with 24/7 live customer support available to quickly resolve any issues.

# Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard identity verification process designed to safeguard your assets and ensure compliance with global financial regulations. By verifying your identity, you help us create a secure environment free from fraud, money laundering, and illicit activities.

### **Is KYC mandatory?**

No. Access to basic features is open to everyone. You are not required to complete KYC to access Cwallet's core services, such as depositing, storing, and transferring cryptocurrencies.

### **Why was I asked to do KYC?**

However, KYC is strictly required for advanced features. To comply with legal and risk management protocols, you must verify your identity to unlock the following services:

* **Financial Services:** Use the Buy & Sell feature for the first time
* **Card Services:** Apply for a Cozy Card
* **Recovery Services:** Submit a support ticket for certain issues
* **High-Risk Activities:** Trigger our risk management system (e.g., due to activities related to AML regulations, high-risk behavior, etc.)

### **What documents can be uploaded for KYC?**

We accept several types of valid government-issued photo IDs for KYC verification. These include:

* National ID Card
* Passport
* Driver's License

**Document Submission Rules:**

* **Validity:** The document must not have expired.
* **Clarity:** The photo and text must be clear and legible. Avoid glare or reflections.
* **Completeness:** All four corners of the document must be visible within the frame. Do not crop the image.
* **Originality:** Upload original photos. Screenshots, photocopies, or edited images will be rejected.

<figure><img src="/files/L6laxTB7jOE61C79UxIH" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

KYC has 2 steps. The second step will require you to record a short video to prove you are a real person.

You will see 4 numbers displayed on the screen, and you need to record a video of your face while reading these numbers aloud in English, and then submit it.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ NOTE:**</mark> Please speak clearly and ensure your face is fully visible within the frame (no masks or sunglasses).

# KYC Uniqueness Policy

Please be advised that under our strict compliance policy, one set of KYC (Identity Verification) information can only be valid for a single account.

If you maintain multiple Cwallet accounts and trigger KYC requirements across them, you must adhere to the following protocol:

1. **Select a primary account as your main profile moving forward and Contact Cwallet Official Support.**

Once a primary account is selected and linked to your identity, this selection cannot be modified for a period of 30 days.

* **Live Chat Support:** Contact [Live Support](https://cwallet.com/support) for real-time help.
* **Email:** Send your inquiry to <support@cwallet.com>

2. **Consolidate your funds.**

Transfer any remaining balances from your secondary accounts into your chosen primary account to manage your assets before the verification process is finalized.

Our team will assist you in finalizing or retaining the KYC verification status, specifically for your designated Primary Account.

If any secondary account has already been verified, its KYC status will be cancelled or revoked immediately upon the consolidation of your identity to the Primary Account.

# How to Delete an Account

We are sorry to see you go, but we respect your decision if you wish to close your account.

First, we want to let you know. This deletion feature is currently available on Cwallet App only. You cannot perform this action via the Web version. If you are using the web version, please log in to Cwallet App on your mobile device to proceed.

**Before You Proceed:** We strongly advise that you need to withdraw all remaining assets to an external wallet. Please ensure your balance is zero. And you also need to check all features, such as Earn or other investment products, to make sure there is no other balance.

If you have funds in these features, you must first redeem or transfer them back to your Cwallet balance, and then you can withdraw the total amount into an external wallet.

**Any funds left in any part of your account after the final deletion occurs will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.**

Navigate to your account profile page, and click your avatar photo to the account '**settings**' page.

<figure><img src="/files/aJHCPahfmawC3beKqtaI" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/h6EtHNp5Hxqz7OztYsiS" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Scroll down on this page, and you will see the '**Delete account**' option.

<figure><img src="/files/wu3aigLo2S8CLgCmzSXK" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/Bv9bBpwCt58RwK9q0aZy" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once you submit the deletion request on the App, your account is not deleted immediately. Instead, it enters a **30-Day Safety Net**:

* If you change your mind, simply log in to your account within 30 days. This action will automatically cancel your deletion request and fully restore your account access.

While this chapter may be closing, please know that Cwallet will always be here to welcome you back, should you decide to return and start a new crypto journey with us in the future.

# 2FA

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a critical extra layer of security to your financial operations.\
Cwallet utilizes 2FA specifically to safeguard your assets during sensitive actions. It acts as a final checkpoint for outgoing transactions (such as withdrawals and transfers) and critical security setting changes.

This ensures that even if someone gains access to your account, they cannot move your funds without this dynamic verification code.

We highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as it increases the security of your account.

And, it is recommended to keep the 2FA backup key in a safe place in case of recovery.

# How to Enable 2FA

To activate this essential security feature, you will need an authenticator app (Google Authenticator) installed on your mobile device.

**Here is a guide on enabling your 2FA:**

Security page link: <https://my.cwallet.com/settings/security>

Navigate to the avatar photo in the upper right corner, and click the '**Settings**' option.

<figure><img src="/files/ZjNCrzuKgfZ5VUf2eHez" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

On the profile page, click the '**Security**' option and select '**Google Two-Factor Authentication**'.

<figure><img src="/files/A1n8lySC3Ff4TZZ02Suu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Install an Authenticator from some popular options listed here. After you install it, click the '**Start**' button.

<figure><img src="/files/41rQVBitUoN9SslXoPmp" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For your protection, our system requires email verification before allowing you to view the 2FA setup key.

<figure><img src="/files/bc0lhFacrhSS6ZzXmL7v" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Scan the QR code, or copy and enter the 16-bit setup key to Google Authenticator, and verify your 2FA code to complete the activation process.

<figure><img src="/files/DwxIUvkyuA3aWWSp8aHa" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/tcygpXYMBSiS6XizQgMo" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ Note**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> We suggest you save the 16-bit setup key. If you accidentally lose your 2FA in the future, you can retrieve it through the 16-bit setup key.

# How to Change/Disable 2FA

If you are changing devices or wish to temporarily disable 2FA, you must do so while you still have access to your current authenticator.

**Here is a guide on changing/disabling your 2FA:**

Security page link: <https://my.cwallet.com/settings/security>

Navigate to the avatar photo in the upper right corner, and click the '**Settings**' option.

<figure><img src="/files/XivzEQGPc7DMHrNNnODg" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# PassKey

PassKey revolutionizes how you secure your account by replacing traditional passwords with your device's biometric authentication.

Instead of manually typing a Payment Password, you can authorize transactions and logins instantly using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device’s PIN. It’s not just faster, it’s phishing-resistant, as your biological key can’t be stolen as a password can.

# Device Management

Device Management is a proactive security feature that gives you full visibility and control over your account access. It allows you to monitor all devices currently logged in to your Cwallet account and remotely terminate any sessions that look suspicious or are no longer in use.

# How to Check and Revoke a Device

If you notice a device you do not recognize, or if you have lost a device (e.g., a lost phone), you should revoke its access immediately.

**Here is a guide on checking and revoking a device:**

Device management page link: <https://my.cwallet.com/settings/security/device>

Navigate to the avatar photo in the upper right corner, and click the '**Settings**' option.

<figure><img src="/files/2xSZQATCQqDSGVjl88wI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

On the profile page, click the '**Security**' option and select '**Device Management**'.

<figure><img src="/files/k6cKWIR5otFZ7VSOgNtt" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/ZIJ2KQg6UMl5ieNJgCI6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Locate the suspicious or old device and click the '**Revoke**' button next to it, and then confirm the revoke process.

<figure><img src="/files/IK5Vj6x8rIWtZlA41vZY" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/3FkAzAvfdfns2vukgXAR" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After confirming, the device will be logged out immediately. If that device wants to log in again, the login password or verification code will be required.

<figure><img src="/files/KBauhlJSBuDsQMIogURT" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ Security Advice:**</mark> If you find a device you do not recognize (e.g., a login from a foreign country you haven't visited), simply revoking it is not enough. The better way is you need to change your login password immediately to prevent the intruder from logging back in.

# How to Identify Phishing Threats and Avoid Common Scams

Cybercriminals constantly seek new vulnerabilities. Given Cwallet's nature as a centralized platform, scammers may attempt to impersonate official administrators, support staff, or even build fake Cwallet websites. Their goal is always the same: to gain access to users' assets.

## **What are Spoofing and Phishing?**

Spoofing and phishing are fraudulent techniques where criminals impersonate a legitimate source to deceive you. This is typically done via email, Telegram, Discord, or text message. They will attempt to direct you to a "phishing" website that mimics the real Cwallet, or send you malicious links. If you interact with these links or websites, your funds are at critical risk.

These techniques operate in two primary ways:

1. **Information Theft:** Tricking users into revealing sensitive information. This includes their email address, one-time passwords (OTP)/verification codes, login password, payment password, and even 2FA. Providing this information can grant scammers direct access to users' digital assets.
2. **Deception & Impersonation:** Posing as official sources on Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms. They exploit users' trust in the Cwallet brand to convince users to voluntarily transfer their assets, often under the guise of "fixing an issue".

Both tactics rely on psychological manipulation. Therefore, teaching users to identify scammers became one of the most important lessons. Understanding and recognizing these scams is the most crucial step in keeping your information and assets secure.

## **Types of Cryptocurrency Scams**

### **Scenario 1: Impersonating Cwallet Official Staff.**

This involves scammers posing as "Cwallet customer support" or "Admins" to contact users via social media such as Telegram, Discord, or others.

A common tactic is to use a username that is nearly identical to, or a subtle misspelling of, an official Cwallet staff member's name.

* **How to Prevent:** Do not share your personal details, especially passwords, verification codes, or 2FA.
* **Crucial Rule:** Cwallet official staff or group mods will NEVER send users a direct message (DM) first.
* **Solution:** Verify any Cwallet official staff member using our official verification tool here: <https://cwallet.com/verification>

<figure><img src="/files/KCYyFlc73Q8FzqxkMqMu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/7unXnLcOB2YqhagV26ox" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Scenario 2: Fake Cwallet Website or Phishing DApp Links with Fake Cwallet Official Staff.**

Scammers always impersonate Cwallet official staff and send users direct messages (DM) with Fake Cwallet websites or malicious DApp links. Both are designed to steal users' passwords, 2FA, and more.

* **How to Prevent:** Do not click any suspicious link. NEVER share your security information. And we also strongly advise against connecting your Cwallet to any suspicious or unverified DApp links.
* **Critical Reminder:** Cwallet official staff will NEVER ask for users' password, 2FA.
* **Solution:** Always double-check the website URL, and bookmark the official Cwallet website here: <https://cwallet.com/>

<figure><img src="/files/kqfyeAmoDy7cgyoP1g6G" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/b83TH63dGo81QnWMRJZA" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Scenario 3: Malicious Google sheet with Fake Cwallet Official Staff.**

Scammers pose as Cwallet official support and send users a Google sheet link, claiming it's for "support" or "refund". This form will then ask for users' passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive data.

* **How to Prevent:** Cwallet will NEVER use a Google sheet to collect users' sensitive information or resolve support issues. Cwallet will NEVER ask for users' sensitive information, like passwords, 2FA, and more.
* **Solution:** If you need help, use only Cwallet official channels here:
  * Live support: <https://cwallet.com/support>
  * Official staff: <https://cwallet.com/verification>
  * Official support email: <support@cwallet.com>

<figure><img src="/files/ea4LJPrrSNe6s9HUgvj2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Scenario 4: Fake Cwallet Bots, Groups, or Social Media.**

Scammers create fake Cwallet bots, groups, and social media accounts to gain users' trust. The fake bot might ask for users' sensitive information, while a fake group and social media account are used to attract more users with the name of Cwallet, so that they can execute widespread scams.

* **How to Prevent:** Avoid searching for Cwallet groups, accounts, or bots directly on social media. These platforms are filled with fake accounts designed to impersonate our brand.
  * On platforms like Twitter (X), our official account will be verified.
  * On platforms like Telegram, there is no official verification system. Scammers can easily copy our name, logo, and may even add fake "verified" emojis to their names to trick you.
* **Solution:** Check Cwallet official links here: <https://link3.to/cwallet>

<figure><img src="/files/k6Vb6HLIBv0HomQYFAmY" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/2G5D6tF4kD8SetwSxzBr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/CsvzcLWvJkTgw1Ux7N7F" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Scenario 5: Fake Cwallet iOS App**

It is very important to note that on the Apple App Store, the official Cwallet application is currently branded as CozyWallet.Scammers exploit this distinction. They may publish fake apps named "Cwallet" to mimic our Web and Android branding, hoping to deceive users who search directly for the name "Cwallet" on the Apple App Store.

* **How to Prevent:** Do not rely on App Store search results alone. To be safe, only download the app by clicking the official download buttons on the Cwallet website.
* **Solution:** Use the direct, verified download links below:edia. These platforms are filled with fake accounts designed to impersonate our brand.
  * Cwallet Android App: <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blockabc.cctip>
  * Cwallet iOS App (CozyWallet): <https://apps.apple.com/us/app/cozywallet/id6502897143>

<figure><img src="/files/DNJ4bTiW37k0CeTWHLoG" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Scenario 6: P2P Crypto Scam**

A common P2P crypto scam involves a counterparty who fails to transfer the agreed-upon fiat currency or crypto after you have sent your payment.

In fact, to mitigate this risk, Cwallet does not officially support or endorse direct P2P transactions between users. Cwallet cannot prevent users' private actions, but please be aware that even if the other party claims to be a Cwallet user, Cwallet provides no security guarantees or asset recovery for private trades that occur outside our official platform.

* **How to Prevent:** We strongly advise Cwallet users not to conduct P2P transactions outside the platform. If you need to buy or sell crypto, please do so on the verified platform.
* **Solution:** For secure transactions, please use the official Cwallet Buy & Sell function here: <https://my.cwallet.com/otc/dashboard>

<figure><img src="/files/U12faLrhs4zsGXFxsQnf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. Stop immediately. Do not click any links, provide personal information, or reply.
2. Report it promptly. Contact Cwallet official staff with screenshots or URLs right away.

**Always be skeptical, and always verify. When in doubt, ask us — we’re here to help.**

**You can help us maintain a secure Cwallet ecosystem for all users.**

# What are Deposit, Withdrawal, and Internal Transaction?

Think of Cwallet as your financial hub. To manage your assets, you need to understand how funds move in and out of this hub compared to how they move within it.

#### **Deposit vs. Withdrawal:**

These two actions connect your Cwallet account to the outside world (external wallet, exchanges, or other platforms).

* **Deposit:** This is the process of receiving assets from an external source into Cwallet.
* **Withdrawal:** This is the process of sending assets from Cwallet to an external destination.

#### **Internal Transaction:**

Internal transactions allow you to send funds to any other Cwallet user with:

* **Zero Fees:** We charge absolutely nothing for internal transfers.
* **Instantly:** No block confirmations, no waiting. The funds arrive the moment you confirm.
* **No 'Chain' Anxiety:** Forget about choosing networks. For internal transfers, networks don't matter, you just need to pick the correct cryptocurrency.

#### **The Critical Difference Between Deposit, Withdrawal, and Internal Transaction:**

While all of them involve moving funds, deposit/withdrawal operations differ from internal transactions.

* **On-Chain (Deposit & Withdrawals):** These transactions interact directly with the blockchain. Because they occur 'on-chain,' they require network confirmations, and they incur gas fees, and demand strict attention to network (chain) selection.
* **Off-Chain (Internal Transactions):** This kind of transaction happens exclusively within the Cwallet ecosystem. Because they settle on our internal system, they are instant, fee-free. And chain-independent.

# Cwallet Internal Transaction

Internal transactions allow you to send funds to any other Cwallet user with zero fees, instantly, and no 'Chain' anxiety.

# How to Make Internal Transactions in Cwallet?

You can send funds using the recipient's Cwallet ID, or Cwallet Address.

# How to Use the Address Book to Withdraw

The address book feature allows users to add and store any number of crypto addresses, making it easier and safer to send crypto to those crypto addresses you know and trust.

**Here is a guide on using the address book:**

Navigate to the avatar photo in the upper right corner, and click the '**Address Book**' option.

<figure><img src="/files/vW1nKoa0kyBoLVrCAWdy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click the '**Add New Address**' button to add a new address to your address book.

<figure><img src="/files/ZHfixQEbzPBXZ56Lt9hf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Cwallet system offers three types. You need to choose which kind of type you want to add.

* **Standard Address:** Ties a specific address to a specific token and network (e.g., 'My USDT-TRC20 address'). Use this for strict accuracy.
* **Universal Address:** Links an address to a network, allowing you to send *any* token supported on that network (e.g., an EVM address for ETH, USDC, and altcoins on Ethereum).
* **Cwallet ID:** Best for internal transfers. Save the unique Cwallet IDs of people you know and trust, such as your friends, family, or business partners within the address book feature. Using this option ensures your transactions are instant and completely fee-free, making payments effortless.

Follow the system guide to enter the label, token, and address for standard one; enter the label, address, and choose network for universal one; enter the label and Cwallet ID for Cwallet ID one.

<figure><img src="/files/fL3nxjILuK2ouuad0jat" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The address book provides access to all addresses and allows you to search for addresses based on token type, address type, network, and address label.

<figure><img src="/files/sWHx4CQ1rEE4RvIXVPBj" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can also manage your addresses when you want to delete one of them, click the 'choose' icon, then you will see the '**Delete**' button.

# Common Issues

# Network Fees / Gas Fee Explanation

Why are fees required? Network fees, often referred to as "Gas," are mandatory costs required to validate and process transactions on the blockchain.

It is important to note that Cwallet does not collect or profit from these fees. They are paid directly to the blockchain.

The fee rates are not fixed, they fluctuate based on real-time network demand. During periods of high blockchain congestion, fees will naturally increase to ensure transaction priority.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ NOTE:**</mark> Network fees apply exclusively to external withdrawals (on-chain transactions). All internal transfers between Cwallet accounts are processed off-chain and are therefore strictly fee-free.

# Network, Address, Tag/Memo Explanation

A successful transfer relies on three pillars. Getting any of them wrong can lead to permanent asset loss.

* **Network:** The transport path (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20). You must ensure the sending and receiving platforms are using the exact same network.
* **Address:** This is the unique wallet address provided by the receiving platform (where you want the funds to go). Always copy and paste this, never type it manually. Crypto addresses are long strings of random characters; typing even a single letter wrong will result in your funds being sent to a non-existent wallet or someone else's wallet, where they are lost forever.
* **Tag/Memo:**&#x20;
  * Some blockchains (such as XRP, EOS, XLM, and TON) utilize a shared address. This means the receiving platform (typically a Centralized Exchange/wallet, like Cwallet) uses a single main address to receive funds for all its users.
  * Because the address is shared, the Memo/Tag acts as the unique identifier used to route the funds specifically to your individual account within that platform.
  * If you omit or enter an incorrect Memo/Tag, the funds will successfully arrive at the platform's main address, but they cannot be credited to your account. This often results in the funds being unrecoverable or requiring a complex retrieval process.

# What If I Forgot to Fill in the Memo/Tag When Depositing?

Don't panic, recovery is possible.

If you deposited a Memo-required token (like XRP, TON, or EOS) but forgot to include the Memo, the funds have likely arrived at Cwallet's main address but haven't been routed to your specific account.

To recover these funds, we need to verify the transaction details manually:

* Please submit a 'Deposit Issue' ticket via our self-service center:[ Crypto Recovery Ticket (Deposit)](https://cwallet.com/tools/ticket?t=deposit)
* For security verification, you are strictly required to provide a screen recording of the withdrawal record from the sending platform. Open the external platform (the one that deposits the funds) and show us the transaction history of this order. The video must clearly show the following three elements: token name, amount, and TxID.

<br>

# Deposit Delay / Withdrawal Pending

Why haven't my funds arrived yet? Crypto transactions are fast, but rarely instantaneous.

* **Deposits:** We credit your account only after the blockchain provides a specific number of confirmations. If the network is congested, this may take longer than usual.
* **Withdrawals:** A 'Pending' status usually means the transaction is broadcasting to the network. Once the blockchain picks it up, a Transaction Hash (TXID) is generated. If delayed for a long time, check the block explorer using your TXID for real-time status.

**Still waiting? Let us help.**

If your deposit hasn't arrived after a significant delay, or if your withdrawal remains stuck in "Pending" for an extended period, please contact our team immediately for assistance:

* **Live Chat Support:** Contact [Live Support](https://cwallet.com/support) for real-time help.
* **Email:** Send your inquiry to <support@cwallet.com>

# My Withdrawal is Successful, but Not Received

If your transaction status in Cwallet shows 'Successful' and a valid TxID (Transaction Hash) has been generated on the blockchain, it means the funds have successfully left Cwallet and arrived at the destination network.

Since Cwallet no longer controls these assets, we recommend contacting the Customer Support of the destination wallet/platform directly for further assistance in crediting your account.

# Can I Cancel or Refund a Withdrawal Order?

Once a transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain and marked as 'Success', it is irreversible. Cwallet is technically unable to intervene, stop, or reverse the transaction.

To prevent mistakes, Cwallet provides a 60-Second Safety Net after you initiate a withdrawal. During this minute, you can cancel the order immediately if you spot an error.

Always double-check the recipient's address and amount after entering your password but before the 60-Second Safety Net expires. This is your only chance to stop a transfer.

# Withdrawal was Returned, but I Haven't Received It

When a receiving platform rejects and returns a deposit, the funds are sent back to a Cwallet hot wallet address, not directly to your personal balance. Our system cannot automatically identify who these returned funds belong to without your input.

**How to Claim Your Refund?**

You must manually claim these assets by submitting a Refund Ticket: [Crypto Recovery Ticket (Refund)](https://cwallet.com/tools/ticket?t=refund)

To ensure your request is processed quickly, please fill out the form exactly as follows:

* **TxID:** Enter the Return Transaction ID (the hash of the transaction sending funds back to Cwallet, not your original sending hash).
* **Amount:** Enter the exact amount returned.
* **Order ID:** Provide your original Cwallet Withdrawal Order ID.
* **Video Proof:** To prevent fraud and ensure accurate crediting, you are strictly required to upload a screen recording as evidence.
  * Open the external platform (the one that returned the funds) and record the official proof of refund. This could be an email notification, support chat history, or an in-app system notification.&#x20;
  * The video must clearly show the following three elements: token name, returned amount, and return TxID (The specific transaction hash of the refund).

**Still need help?**

* **Live Chat Support:** Contact [Live Support](https://cwallet.com/support) for real-time help.
* **Email:** Send your inquiry to <support@cwallet.com>

# What is the Minimum Amount of Deposit?

For the vast majority of cryptocurrencies, Cwallet enforces no minimum deposit limit. We believe in accessibility, so you are generally free to transfer any amount, no matter how small.

**The Exception (XRP):** Please be aware of a specific requirement for Ripple (XRP). Due to network protocols, a minimum deposit of 0.01 XRP is required to successfully credit your account.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ Critical Warning for XRP:**</mark> If you transfer less than 0.01 XRP, the system will not be able to detect or credit the transaction. These funds generally cannot be recovered, so please ensure your amount meets this threshold before sending.

# What is the Minimum Amount of Withdrawal?

Depending on the type of token and the chain it is associated with, the minimum withdrawal amount varies. Most tokens do not have a minimum withdrawal requirement, but there are currently 68 token types that do.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ NOTE:**</mark> No limit for internal transfer to Cwallet users.

The following is a list of all the tokens with minimum withdrawal requirements and their minimum withdrawal amounts:

<figure><img src="/files/66yXs2GoUFpTqAFnW4Ec" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# What will Happen If I Change My Receiving Address?

For private reasons, you may choose to refresh your deposit address.

Changing your address does not invalidate the old one.

Funds sent to your previous addresses will still safely arrive in your account, but you cannot revert the interface to display the old address again.

# What will Happen If I Deposit an Unsupported Token / Chain?

As a centralized platform, Cwallet is strictly calibrated to identify and process only the blockchains and tokens we officially support.

If you transfer a token that is not listed on our platform or use a blockchain network we do not support, our automated system cannot 'see' or access these funds. Consequently, we are technically unable to credit these assets to your Cwallet account balance.

**Can I Recover These Funds?**

While our system cannot process these transactions automatically, we understand mistakes happen. If you wish to attempt a recovery:

You may reach out to our support team with your deposit information (Txid, token name, amount, and network name) to request a manual investigation. Our technical team will assess if it is possible to retrieve the specific asset based on the blockchain involved.

* **Live Chat Support:** Contact [Live Support](https://cwallet.com/support) for real-time help.
* **Email:** Send your inquiry to <support@cwallet.com>

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ Important Disclaimer:**</mark> Please be aware that recovery is not guaranteed. The success rate depends entirely on the technical feasibility of the specific chain and token involved.

# What is a High-Risk Deposit, and Why am I Restricted?

To ensure a secure financial environment, Cwallet operates a rigorous, automated Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring system. This system screens every single deposit in real-time. If a transaction triggers a security alert during this screening, your account will be automatically placed under a temporary protective restriction.

This is a standard compliance procedure designed to strictly adhere to global AML policies and safeguard the integrity of our platform.

## How to Resolve the Restriction

While all flagged deposits are categorized as 'High-Risk' in the interface, the specific resolution method varies based on the severity of the alert. You will be guided down one of two distinct paths:

### Path 1 - The AML Ticket

In many cases, we simply need additional context to verify the legitimacy of the funds before crediting them.

* **Requirement:** You must complete Enhanced KYC verification and submit an AML Ticket.
* **The Ticket:** It will ask for specific information regarding the asset's provenance, including your source of funds and proof of income.

Once your KYC is verified and the ticket is approved by our compliance team, your account restrictions will be lifted, and the funds will be credited to your balance. You will regain full access to manage or transfer these assets as normal.

### Path 2 - Withdrawal Only

For transactions that exceed our risk appetite, the specific assets will be prohibited from entering the Cwallet ecosystem entirely.

* **Requirement:** You must complete Enhanced KYC verification.
* **The Withdrawal:** Even after verification, the system will not credit the funds to your balance. Instead, a temporary withdrawal channel will be opened specifically for this transaction.

Once your KYC is verified and you have withdrawn the specific assets, your account restrictions will be lifted.

\
These measures are not punitive, they are protective. By enforcing strict AML screenings, Cwallet ensures it remains a safe harbor for legitimate users and clean assets.

# About Swap’s Fee

Cwallet swap's fee

Transparency is a pillar of Cwallet.

By aggregating liquidity, we minimize the price impact, ensuring you get more tokens for your money compared to a single-source exchange or wallet.

When you make a swap, Cwallet does not charge a separate platform fee for the swap service. Mandatory blockchain network fees are included in the final quote to ensure your transaction is processed by validators.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ NOTE:**</mark> Please be aware that while the service is free, your transaction may be subject to slippage. Slippage is a normal result of market price fluctuations (volatility) and is not a fee charged by Cwallet.

# Common Issues

# Why Cannot Swap a Token

Availability on Cwallet Swap is dynamic and driven entirely by market health.

Cwallet utilizes an automated system to monitor token liquidity in real-time. When liquidity is deep enough to ensure fair pricing, the token remains active for swapping.

If a token’s liquidity drops below a safe threshold—increasing the risk of extreme price impact—our system automatically takes the token offline. This is a protective measure to prevent users from executing trades at unfavorable rates.

We are constantly integrating new assets into our liquidity pools. If your preferred token is currently unavailable, stay tuned as our coverage continues to grow weekly.

# What is Slippage Tolerance

Slippage represents the gap between your expected transaction price and the actual price at which the trade executes, and slippage typically occurs during periods of intense market momentum or within low-liquidity pools.

To balance price protection with high execution success, Cwallet sets your default slippage tolerance at 0.5%.

You maintain full control over this setting. You can manually increase your tolerance to hedge against significant market swings, ensuring your order fills even when prices are shifting rapidly. Conversely, lowering the tolerance offers tighter price certainty but carries a higher risk of the transaction being rejected by the network.

# What is Futures Trade

In the traditional spot market, you only profit when prices rise.

Futures Trading breaks this limitation, offering a sophisticated yet accessible way to navigate market volatility in any direction. At its core, it is a bilateral trading system—giving you the power to capitalize on both the peaks and the valleys of the crypto market.

Success in futures trading is defined by a single factor: predicting the market’s next move.

* **Go Long (Buy):** Open a position if you anticipate the price will surge.
* **Go Short (Sell):** Open a position if you expect the market to dip.

As long as your chosen direction aligns with the market's movement, your position generates value. This dual-sided mechanic transforms every market shift—up or down—into a potential opportunity.

Cwallet reimagines the futures experience by offering a diverse suite of trading modes tailored to your level of expertise.

* **For Newcomers:** We provide intuitive, gamified formats that bring a sense of freshness and excitement to your first trade.
* **For Professionals:** We deliver high-performance tools and reliable execution, providing the peace of mind required for high-stakes portfolio management.

Whether you are newcomers or professionals, Cwallet provides the infrastructure to trade with confidence.

# Perpetual Futures

# What is Perpetual Futures?

Perpetual Futures are a simple way to trade based on where you think a coin’s price is going next. In this mode, you don’t actually buy or own the coins themselves. Instead, you are trading a contract that tracks the coin's price in real-time. This allows you to profit from price changes without the hassle of holding the underlying asset.

For many traders, perpetual contracts are the preferred tool for two main reasons:

* **Magnified Capital Efficiency (Leverage):** You can open a trade with much more money than you actually have in your wallet. For example, using "leverage" allows a small amount of cash to control a much larger position. This can lead to higher profits if you guess correctly, but it also means you can lose your funds faster if the price moves the wrong way.
* **Trade Anytime, Anywhere:** Unlike traditional stock markets that close on weekends and holidays, the crypto futures market never sleeps. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can react to market news the second it happens.
