# Why Cannot I Receive Tips\&Airdrops

* Your Telegram-linked Cwallet account has been restricted to trade and receive cryptocurrency.
* The airdrop command in the original tweet is invalid.

**Causes behind an invalid command:**

1\. Insufficient balance

2\. Wrong command

3\. Tokens of the airdrop not supported in Cwallet

4\. The user who sends tip/airdrop is restricted to make a transaction (send cryptocurrency).
