# What are My Options if Card Payments Repeatedly Fail

Sometimes card payment may fail due to restrictions; however, you may be able to complete your payment via Direct Bank Transfer. 

N.B.: Direct bank transfers are only supported in Europe, so you should try other options if you are outside Europe. 

Also, when paying via bank transfers, ensure that you put in the correct description to avoid delayed transactions.
