# My Money was Deducted, But I Never Got Any Crypto in My Wallet. What Should I do

Sometimes, you may not get a deposit notification immediately, so you need to first check your balance to ensure you haven’t gotten it. If you haven’t gotten crypto in your wallet within 10 minutes, you may contact [MoonPay](https://support.moonpay.com/) or [Ramp](https://support.ramp.network/) support to open a support ticket.
