# How to Claim a Lucky Box
**1. Use the link shared by the sender to access the claim page, then tap on the “Claim” button.**
**2. Once claimed, the amount will be displayed and automatically credited to your Cwallet account.**
**Note:** If you have multiple Cwallet accounts, the funds will be credited to the account you used to claim the Lucky Box.
**3. After claiming, tap “Lucky Box Details” to view full claim records and participant information.**
