How to Claim a Lucky Box

1. Use the link shared by the sender to access the claim page, then tap on the “Claim” button.

2. Once claimed, the amount will be displayed and automatically credited to your Cwallet account.

Note: If you have multiple Cwallet accounts, the funds will be credited to the account you used to claim the Lucky Box.

3. After claiming, tap “Lucky Box Details” to view full claim records and participant information.
