Forgot Payment Password

If you find you lose your Cwallet payment password, do not worry. You can just reset it.

How to reset payment password

1. Visit Cwallet, navigate to the page Profile and click into Security.

2. Locate and click into Payment Password.

3. Click Forgot Password.

4. Complete all the verifications in order to protect your asset. Click Confirm.

After that, you will reset your payment password successfully.

Note: For account security purposes, you will be restricted from making any transactions within 24 hours.
