If you've forgotten your Cwallet payment password, don’t worry — you can easily reset it by following the steps below.

1. Open the Cwallet app and go to your Profile page. Tap on Security.
2. Select Payment Password.
3. Tap Forgot Password.
4. Complete all required verifications to protect your account and assets.
Once the verification is complete, you’ll be able to set a new payment password.
Note: For security reasons, all asset-related transactions will be temporarily restricted for 24 hours after resetting your payment password.
