# My Withdrawal is Successful, but Not Received

If your transaction status in Cwallet shows 'Successful' and a valid TxID (Transaction Hash) has been generated on the blockchain, it means the funds have successfully left Cwallet and arrived at the destination network.

Since Cwallet no longer controls these assets, we recommend contacting the Customer Support of the destination wallet/platform directly for further assistance in crediting your account.
