# How to Complete KYC

We highly recommend completing KYC to better safeguard your assets.

**Here is a guide on completing KYC verification:**

Navigate to the avatar photo in the upper right corner, and click the '**Settings**' option.

On the profile page, click the '**Security**' option and select '**Verification**', and then click the '**Verify**' button.

On this verification page, you need to complete all the information (except for the optional part), and then submit it.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ NOTE:**</mark> The hand-held ID photo requires you to hold your ID card with your face.

KYC has 2 steps. The second step will require you to record a short video to prove you are a real person.

You will see 4 numbers displayed on the screen, and you need to record a video of your face while reading these numbers aloud in English, and then submit it.

<mark style="color:green;">**⚠️ NOTE:**</mark> Please speak clearly and ensure your face is fully visible within the frame (no masks or sunglasses).
